Where is my order?
After you place your order, you will receive your shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number. If you do not see the email, remember to check your spam/junk folder.
How can I track my package?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation by email with a USPS tracking number you will be able to check the status of your order by clicking https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input and key in your tracking number.
The item I want is Sold Out, is it coming back in stock?
Some of our items are only available in small quantities and may, therefore, be sold out.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, feel free to email us at contact@glowupbylizboutique.com
Can I exchange for a different size?
Unfortunately, we cannot support exchanges at this time. We recommend placing a new order and returning the item you have.
I need to return an item for a refund. How do I do this?

I received an item and its damaged. What do I do?
Although this is something that rarely occurs, in the event that you do receive something damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours, via email at contact@glowupbylizboutique.com and include a photo of the damaged merchandise, so that our customer service team can help you get that resolved as soon as possible! Your satisfaction is important to us se we will do whatever we can to assist you. Please, do not send any item back that is damaged as we will accept it without prior notification.
