Something didn’t fit right? No problem, we’d be happy to help you exchange your item or get a refund.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, your online purchase can be returned to us within 15 days from the date the order was delivered. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return is complete.
Any item(s) returned and received after the 15 days return window will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If you require a size exchange, Unfortunately, we can’t support exchanges at this time. We recommend placing a new order and returning the item you have.
Make sure your items are returned brand new, unused, unaltered or damaged and with all Glow Up by Liz garment tags still attached. All returns a subject to inspection prior to refunding, item(s) that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
If the return item(s) passed the inspection, a full refund will be provided, and your account credited within 7 to 14 days of receipt to the original form of payment. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment and your financial institution may take longer (one to two billing cycles) to reflect the transaction. Initial Shipping and Handling Fees are not Refundable.
Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Final sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, item(s) will be sent back to you.

All shipping charges are the costumer’s responsibility and must be pre-paid. All returns should be shipped back with a tracking number. Glow Up by Liz is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, mishandled packages. Please contact your local USPS to place a claim when packages are lost or damaged.
Refunds And Returns Policy
All orders are shipped USA and PR via USPS.
Business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Once the order is placed allow 4-7 business days for processing the order and packaging. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Please note that on occasion, such as during holidays, there may be a slight delay in processing and shipping orders.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Glow Up by Liz will ship packages but is not responsible for delivered lost, damaged or stolen packages. Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping information.
